Arhatic Yoga is a powerful spiritual practice that's designed to safely accelerate spiritual development while strengthening the energy body. By refining the etheric body, Arhatic Yoga makes practitioners more powerful, which in turn can lead to greater success, happier relationships and increased abundance. It is considered a "yoga of synthesis", since it combines 9 types of yoga, or pathways to The Divine:
 

• Bhakti Yoga: The yoga of love and devotion, focusing on the development of the heart.

• Karma Yoga: The yoga of service and selfless action.

• Jnana Yoga: The yoga of knowledge and wisdom, aimed at spiritual understanding.

• Raja Yoga: The yoga of introspection and meditation.

• Kundalini Yoga: The yoga of awakening the sacred fire to upgrade the physical and energy bodies.

• Mantra Yoga: The yoga of sound and sacred chants to purify the chakras.

• Hatha Yoga: Used specifically in this system for physical purification and preparation for higher energy.

• Laya Yoga: The yoga of dissolving the ego and merging with the Divine.

The Arhatic Yoga pathway is available to Pranic Healers who have completed Pranic Psychotherapy (MCKS Level 3), with the 3-day Arhatic Yoga Prep, the first course in the Arhatic Yoga curriculum, offered several times per year on the U.S. East Coast. Upcoming Arhatic Yoga Prep classes will be held in July and November 2026 (dates TBA).

Pranic Healing Bucks County runs a daily Arhatic Yoga practice group, which practices the Arhatic meditations and techniques, every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday morning from 6:30 to 7:30 pm EST.
